Humans:
Take 1 - 2 scoops (250mg to 500mg) or more daily depending upon your needs.
For maintenance immune support take 1 scoop daily (250mg).
For maximum acute immune support take a 1 teaspoon two to three times daily.
Has a clean stringent taste. May be mixed into water, or any beverage,
mixed into food hot or cold, or even taken directly into the mouth as a powder (careful not to choke).
